With Firefox version 60.1 the print dialog displays English when locale is set to ja_JP
Issue
- After upgrading firefox from 52.8 to 60.1, some messages in print_page dialog do not appear in Japanese under ja_JP locale.
- The Firefox version 60.1 print dialog contains English rather than the language selected.
- Firefox version 60.1 doesn't honor the language selection.
