Jars loaded via Class-Path in a WAR manifest and not shared between WARs.
Issue
We have an EAR with multiple WARs, which have "Class-Path: xxx.jar" in their MANIFEST.MF.
The classes in xxx.jar are sometimes shared between the WARs and sometimes not shared.
