Unable to log into the instance which is newly created.

Issue

• We received a qcow2 image from an internal user which we uploaded to glance.

• An instance was created using that image but when looking at the console, the following error messages are seen:

• It is not possible to login the instance using the known password as it keeps asking for the username and we never see the password: prompt.
