Virt-p2v made sdb the boot disk and not sda, as was prior

Solution In Progress - Updated -

Issue

  • Virt-p2v made sdb the boot disk and not sda, as was prior
  • Possibly takes the first drive it finds and marks it boot, some times, during exports that failed, it would start export with sda listed on the top, but most of the time sdb was on the top of the check box list and it ended up being marked as boot after import.

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization 3.0
  • Microsoft Exchange server 2003 64 bit
