Why is an Inventory Choice Missing from the Drop Down Menu for an Inventory Source by a Project in Ansible Tower?

Issue
- When using an inventory sourced from a project, an expected inventory file is not listed in the Inventory file dropdown.
Resolution
- Manually enter the name/path of the inventory and save.
Root Cause
- This is caused by a filter in place that is used to prevent users from selecting playbooks as opposed to inventory files.
