some builds use an old docker image as a builder pod though others use the latest image
Issue
Some builds use an old docker image as an s2i builder pod, but other builds use the latest docker image in the docker registry.
Would like to always use the latest docker image in the docker registry.
Environment
- OpenShift Container Platform 3
- the resolution is confirmed at OCP 3.6 and expected to work on 3.7 or later.
