Receiving Syntax Error on JON Connector-apache.zip installation

Issue

  • We are attempting to install connector-apache.zip downloaded from our local JON server. 

  • When installing the snmp module into our apache server we are getting the following error:

    internet@sdapache2:~$ /usr/local/apache2/bin/httpd -t
httpd: Syntax error on line 58 of /usr/local/apache2/conf/httpd.conf: Cannot load /usr/local/apache2/modules/libsnmpmonagt.so into server: /usr/local/apache2/modules/libsnmpmonagt.so: undefined symbol: long_return

  • JBoss Operations Network(JON) 2.3,2.3.1
