IPv6 address cluster resource fails with "generic error" when trying to start

Issue

We have added an IPv6 resources to our cluster. When we start the service it fails with:

Apr  3 22:58:20 node1 rgmanager[3567]: [ip] Removing IPv4 address 172.21.158.16/24 from bond0
Apr  3 22:58:20 node1 avahi-daemon[2762]: Withdrawing address record for 172.21.158.16 on bond0.
