RHEV 3.1 Windows Tools Fails Nessus Vulnerability Scan

Issue

In doing testing of the system for governmental security, we need to modify/correct issues with RHEV Tools on Windows as it creates known vulnerabilities. I will be attaching the two items as well as the manual fix/work around for RHEV Tools to pass the DoD/DOJ NESSUS Vulnerability assessment. I will also be placing in the ticket the eval criteria from Mitre for this vulnerability
