Unable to login into hawtio portal using a user having access as Producer or Consumer only and not an admin

Issue

• User who has no admin rights and has only limited rights on accessing JMS queues, should also be able to login to Hawtio portal and view the queues for which the user has access to.
• The user only can see the queue he created like: ea.Mule.a, ea.Mule.b. Other queues/topics should not appear on the webconsole when this user loggedin.
