ipv4.addresses warnings when starting network on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7
Issue
- Logs show the following error:
fails: ipv4.addresses: this property cannot be empty for 'method=manual'
- Server does not reboot correctly and networked services are impacted
- On boot up there are always a set of failed services and some interfaces are missing IP addresses

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 7.4
