v7 does not recognize virtual floppy device
Issue
- v7 hardware certification program does not correctly recognize virtual floppy device.
- As a result, hardware certification program fails for the virtual floppy device with the following error.

Error: mount sdh failed.
...finished running ./storage.py, exit code=1 - The virtual floppy device seems to be recognized as a storage device.
