Wacom Intuos4 tablet does not work after hotplugging in RHEL6

Issue

  • If the Wacom Intuos4 tablet is hotplugged in RHEL6 it becomes unusable, even thought lsusb and xinput show the device.

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 6
