RHV: Host has power management configured but "It has no power management configured" is logged.

Issue

  • Strange no Power Management configured messages in RHV.
  • The host has Power Management enabled and configured, but the following is seen on RHV logs, indicating Power Management is not configured:
Host example.com became non responsive. It has no power management configured. Please check the host status, manually reboot it, and click "Confirm Host Has Been Rebooted"

  • Red Hat Virtualization 3.x, 4.0, 4.1 and 4.2
