How to perform batch operations using JPA

  • How can I perform batch operations in JPA?
  • If using plain JPA, do I have to totally re-create my JPA project as a Hibernate project to access the functionality or can I access the Hibernate Functionality from the JPA context? Are there any extensions built into JBoss?
