Coudforms access via api is getting timeout after OS update

Issue

• After doing an upgrade of RHEL7 packages on the appliance to the latest version the API access stopped working.
• Puma thread stuck causing pages in UI to not load
• When in the UI and changing screen the server fails to load the page.
• CloudForms timed out while accessing only to the /api/.

• Error in CFME UI -:

  Proxy Error
  The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
  The proxy server could not handle the request GET /vm_infra/explorer.
  
  Reason: Error reading from remote server
