RHEL7.5: hangs at boot with Cisco usnic Infiniband
Issue
- After an update from RHEL 7.4 to RHEL 7.5 the Network Manager is refusing to start.
- System intermittently hangs after boot when the
usnic_verbsis loaded. - The key part is "intel_iommu=on" in kernel cmdline.
