All nodes get NodeNotReady status with short network outage in OpenShift
Issue
- All nodes get NodeNotReady status with network hiccups, network down for 10 seconds, cannot reach to master for 10 seconds
- All nodes get NodeNotReady status with short maintenance downtime of OpenShift master API frontend load balancer
- All applications returns 503 errors because of NodeNotReady status
