Designer validation fails when Reusable Subprocess refers to a different package in BRMS 5.3.0

Issue

• When creating a reusable subprocess activity in a parent process, a child process from a different package can be selected for the reusable subprocess, but the parent process does not validate and returns the error "no existing process with id={package}.{process} could be found"
