mod_cluster does not work when OWASP CRS rules are used in mod_security in Apache HTTPD

Issue

  • After enabling OWASP CRS rules (from owasp-modsecurity-crs.git or the RHEL 7 mod_security_crs package) in HTTPD with mod_security , EAP fails to join the mod_cluster balancer.
