Why does Wireshark mark an ARP packet with a 'Duplicate IP Address' message?
Issue
- When testing cluster failover it was noted that when a Gratuitous ARP was sent,
Wiresharkshowed two of the packets, and at least one was marked as a possible duplicate IP address.
