RHV: cannot setup networks on host after moving it to new cluster

Issue

• After moving the host to a new cluster, with a different Default Route network (usually management), cannot swap old network to new network with following error:

Only a singe default route network is allowed.

• Cannot swap management network of host after moving it to a different cluster
• Cannot swap default route network of host after moving it to a different cluster
