Why Red Hat Satellite 6 shows incorrect number of subscriptions consumed?

Issue

  1. It seems there are some ghost subscriptions being consumed. Red Hat Satellite shows 7 subscriptions consumed, though have 4 hosts registered.
    The hamer host list output showing only 4 hosts subscribed:
