[Satellite6] candlepin returns 404, error log complains about 'event' address not resolvable

Issue

  • candlepin is running but responds 404 to any request (i.e. to hammer ping or a task planning phase step)
  • error.log complains about The name 'event' supplied in the address doesn't resolve to an exchange or a queue - see Diagnostic Steps for details
