[RHEV] Can a VM's disk that has been "thin-provisioned" from a template's disk be moved to another storage domain?

Issue

• Need to move the disk from a VM created from a template to another storage domain to free up space in the master storage domain
• When attempting to move the disk to the new storage domain via the RHEV Web Admin Portal, the action fails with the following message:

The system could not find available target Storage Domain. Possible reasons: - No active Storage Domain available - The Template that the VM is based on does not exist on active Storage Domain
