• Why "atomic host upgrade" results in the error: Remote "rhel-atomic-host-ostree" not found in Red Hat Enterprise Linux Atomic Host ?

[root@test]# atomic host upgrade 
error: Remote "rhel-atomic-host-ostree" not found

• "atomic host status" fails with a timeout message
• atomic host upgrade fails with the following message

[root@test ~]# atomic host upgrade
error: Failed to activate service 'org.projectatomic.rpmostree1': timed out

While the logs have the following message
