Bad performance with the ServiceInvoker in SOA-P 4.3

Issue

• In our environment, it takes more than 2 minutes to deliver a message to this service using the ServiceInvoker.

• After running the SOA Platform 4.3.CP02 for a while server startup becomes very very slow (more than 1 hour). Further investigation revealed that the server seems to hang here:
  invoker = new ServiceInvoker(serviceCategory, serviceName);
  Emptying the backend database brings the server back to normal performance, but can only be a temporary workaround.
