Why VM is stuck in "migrating" status when it was powered down during a migration
Issue
- VM is stuck in migrating status in RHV-M. It's not possible to power down/shut down the VM now.
- The VM was powered down during a migration process. The qemu process doesn't exist in both source and destination host now.
Environment
- Red Hat Virtualization 4.1.7.
