Failed to apply default image tag " ": couldn't parse image reference " ": invalid reference format

Issue

• Red Hat OpenShift is running with a private registry server, the type of the server is HTTP
• The original images and tags are all fully imported into the registry with no error.
• After deploy the OpenShift platform, If use template to deploy apps it will get below error:
