How to manage Attribute Mappings in EAP
Issue
- How an attribute mapping is used in EAP?
-
After adding an attribute mapping in the
security-domain, for example anLdapAttributeMappingProviderlike the following:<mapping> <mapping-module code="org.jboss.security.mapping.providers.attribute.LdapAttributeMappingProvider" type="attribute"> <module-option name="attributeList" value="cn,sn,givenName,mail,employeeNumber"/> <module-option name="java.naming.factory.initial" value="com.sun.jndi.ldap.LdapCtxFactory"/> <module-option name="java.naming.provider.url" value="ldap://ldapserver.example.com:389"/> <module-option name="bindDN" value="cn=Directory Manager"/> <module-option name="bindCredential" value="XXXXX"/> <module-option name="baseCtxDN" value="ou=People,dc=example,dc=com"/> <module-option name="baseFilter" value="(cn={0})"/> </mapping-module> </mapping>Neither the Subject nor the Principal have any information related to those attributes. How the attributes are injected?
