df command hangs when using -t/-x args on client for a remote filesystem

Issue

• df hanging due to stat() system call on remote file systems even when -l, -x, or -t options are used.
  • do not stat file systems on clients for remote file systems that do not satisfy the -t/-x args
  • df: do not stat file systems that do not satisfy the -t/-x args on client
