Errors with osa and jabberd

Issue

• Jabberd would not stay running because sm would show as "dead but subsys locked" and osad didn't start correctly.
• In /var/lib/jabberd/db folder the files would be all __db.001 to __db.006 all 644 and jabber:jabber. When osa-dispatcher was restarted, two new files would be created in there named authreg.db and log.0000000001 and those would be root:root.
