OS shutdown/reboot gets hang with iSCSI root volume after "iscsiadm -m discovery -t sendtargets"
Issue
When OS has iSCSI volume as root volume, "iscsiadm -m discovery -t sendtargets" causes OS hang during the shutdown/reboot.
