OpenShift router hitting max connections.

Issue

• OpenShift Router is forcefully restarted due to not responding to health probes.
• Stats shows max connections equal to current connections how do I increase max connections allowed.
• router" failed (failure): Get http://localhost:1936/healthz: net/http: request canceled (Client.Timeout exceeded while awaiting headers)
