Red Hat Insights fails to upload data due to large size of lsof and docker volumes output

Issue

• Red Hat Insights fails to upload data due to large size of lsof output

• Host fails to upload data to Red Hat Insights with following error

• redhat-access-insights --register or insights-client --register command fails with UPLOAD_TOO_LARGE error.
