RHEV/RHV version of a database dump created using pg_dump

Issue

• there is the engine database dump created with pg_dump command, but it is not possible to figure out from what version the dump was created.
• engine-backup hasn't been used, but there are files with a database dump like pgdump.tar or sos_pgdump.tar
