Why do the service catalog pods run on the master node in OpenShift Container Platform?

Issue

I have always understood that the recommendation is not to deploy workload on the masters because we want to make sure that the control plane has all the resource they need, and it is not disturbed by extraneous workload.
Will it be possible to deploy the service catalog pods on the infra nodes?
