IJ000453: Unable to get managed connection
Issue
Database connections were not being released and the following message could be seen the EAP server log file:
IJ000453: Unable to get managed connection for java:/jdbc/DS-Name
Environment
- Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform (EAP)
- 7
- Hibernate
- 5
- heavily customised EAP and hibernate environment where hibernate was used directly.
