AIX NFS clients intermittently receive "Permission denied" when accessing a NFS share exported over by Red Hat Storage 2.0

An IBM AIX client which mounts a NFS share which is being exported over by Red Hat Storage (RHS) intermittently receives the following errors when accessing the directories for e.g:
find: 0652-081 cannot change directory to </path/to/File>: : The file access permissions do not allow the specified action.
