What does the gray circle Question Mark mean in JON?

I have JBOSS 4.3.0 default, JON 2.3, and latest agent all on one linux box. The JON server recognizes the JBOSS instance but it has a question mark next to it instead of a x or check.

What is the question mark for and how do I fix this problem?
