Modify length of time that metrics are stored

Issue

• how to set the number of days of data collection down from the default 7 day cycle
• The hawkular cluster metrics has been up and running for sometime on OSE 3.5. For now, we just need to purge the data (say, only last 5 days) so /cassandra_data doesn't become 100% full
