Dnsmasq nm-dispatcher script setting incorrect upstream DNS entry on OCP 3.6

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

  • After NetworkManager service restarts, the DNS nameserver entry in /etc/dnsmasq.d/origin-upstream-dns.conf and /etc/origin/node/node-dnsmasq.conf points to local dnsmasq server.
  • NetworkManager was killed by OOM-Killer and after that nameserver entries in /etc/dnsmasq.d/origin-upstream-dns.conf points to local dnsmasq server.
