CephFS - autofs does not mount ceph-fuse directory

Issue

We have configured nodes with autofs and ceph-fuse and we are getting error for all ceph-fuse mounts on some nodes:

[root@mgmt-0 ~]# cd /mnt/ceph-fuse/test
 -bash: cd: /mnt/ceph-fuse/test: Too many levels of symbolic links
[root@mgmt-0 ~]:~# cd /mnt//ceph-fuse/test
-bash: cd: /mnt//ceph-fuse/test: No such file or directory
[root@mgmt-0 ~]:~# journalctl -uautofs | grep test
Feb 15 05:17:12 mgmt-0 automount[1462]: key "test" not found in map source(s).
