Communication with ypbind fails
Issue
- rpcbind stops consuming UDP data on port 111, if the following two conditions are met :
- ipv6 is disabled while booting the kernel and
- rpcbind version is greater than or equal to 0.2.0-38.el7.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.4
- rpcbind-0.2.0-38.el7
