ReaR - loss of ownership during non-root user@host transport to ReaR server

Issue

• When /etc/rear/local.conf is configured to use RSYNC, with the suggested user@host syntax, the files and directories written to the storage ReaR server will all be owned by the non-root "rear" user, rather than the original owner.
• How do we ensure that UID:GID and ACLs are preserved when using "user@host" with RSYNC?
