"Failed to determine the metadata devices of Storage Domain" error is showing in the event panels on RHV-M storage domains
Issue
Failed to determine the metadata devices of Storage Domainis showing on all the storage domains in the environment whenever the user activates the storage domain or while restarting the engine service.- All the storage domains are showing correct metadata as per the
pvsoutput. - The environment is having 4.0 cluster with 4.0 hosts.

- vdsm 4.18.x.
