NC flag does not work in the rewrite rule in the JBoss EAP 6.4 CP07 and below
Issue
The following rewrite rule was configured in the JBoss web subsystem, but it keeps case sensitive. Access to http://localhost:8080/HELLO fails with 404 status.
<rewrite pattern="/hello" substitution="/" flags="NC"/>
