Cannot create pod due to Forbidden: this image is prohibited by policy
Issue
When attempting to deploy a new pod, the following is seen in events output:
6:39:10 AM Warning Failed Create Error creating: Pod "" is invalid: spec.containers[0].image: Forbidden: this image is prohibited by policy
