live migration fails when hostnames are configured with _ (underscore) due to inconsistent naming in /etc/hosts and /etc/ssh/ssh_known_hosts in Red Hat OpenStack Platform. For example, the following configuration will trigger this issue:

/home/stack/templates/network-environment.yaml

parameter_defaults:
(...)
  ComputeHostnameFormat: '%stackname%-compute_v1-%index%'
