When does a rate limit reset
Issue
- If we set a limit of 60 requests / minute, the 60 maximum is for any 60s window? i.e. is a new window started every second and
max_countdetected for every living window? - I have a query regarding the calculation of hits for application plans,Is the calculation of hits based on the beginning of the current year for clients? Or does it start from the actual subscription start date for each client in the basic plan?
